Only the King may now dismiss the Premier, who shall designate the Minister to replace him, in the event of absence or inability. Individuals attempting the Premier’s life or safety are liable to life imprisonment, and those offending the Premier by word or deed are subject to a maximum of thirty months’ imprisonment and fine.
