I’ALMERSTON N., June 15. At the Manawatu Winter Show the dairy produce awards were:—Full cream cheddar, suitable for export (coloured) —Te Oro 95g-, Hopelands 95, Carrington 91g. Full cream cheddar (white) —Mangatoki 95 and Ballance Valley 95 (equal), Mahtirahara 94. Factory cheese (any colour)—Ballance Valley, Kaupokonui and Newbury 96 (equal). Best case of cheese, irrespective o) colour and shape (open to members of the New Zealand Dairy Factory .Managers’ Association) —Kuku 95, Pihaina 951, Hopelands 94. Factory chese, made from non-pas-teurisecl milk —Parewanui 932, Y aitohi Collingwood 92.Medium cheese (any colour) suitable for local trade—Tehoro 95, Maharahara 94, Kuku 931. Export factory cheese (any colour) Kuku 93, Parewanui 92, Tiokitahauna Export factory cheese (any colour) made bv a cheese maker or factory manager’s first assistant--Ngaere 95, Tehoro 941.
