It is now definitely decided that Sir G. W. Fuller will hand his resignation to the Governor on Monday, when he will advise that Mr Lang be sent for. A Labour caucus has been summoned for Tuesday. It will probably be Wediiesday before the personnel of the new Ministry is announced.
Among the first measures to be introduced by the Labour Government will be oifo for reversion to the forty-four hours’ working week. There will probably be another to increase the Members’ salaries. Sums from £750 to £lO9O are nieiitipned,
