ULSTER’S BUDGET

Introducing the North ol Ireland budget, Mr Pollock said that apart from the obligations of the two great burdens of unemployment insurance and special constabulary, which were in process of solution, th)e general tinances of the province were perfectly sound. They had given nineteen and a half millions to the Imperial Exchequer since 1921. The estimated revenue during the coming year was eleven millions, and the expenditure eight millions. Imperial contributions would coins from the balance.
