Finlay is the winner of over 400 prizes gained in open competition all over Scotland, and is an asset to the West Coast of New Zealand. Mr Finlay, though resident’in Hokitika, is prepared to visit Greymputh one day in each week to suit the cohveiiiene.es of students. All intending pipers are asked to .leave their juam.es at the officer of this paper, or with Mr. J. Leitch, violinist, of Blaketown, with Mr Robert Clark, Stafford Street, Blackball, or with Mr J. J.
