The South African Lawn Tennis Union has, decided to compete for the Drivis Cup in 1925. Invitations are being' issued t-o . America-and Australia to send teams in 1926. Negotia-* tions are starting with a view to the visit of a joint Oxford-Cambridge team in July next.

Next Saturday afternoon the Committee are arranging competitions such as golf croquet, putting and target for the entertainment of all members and-well-wishers of the Club. A general tea day will be observed on this occasion. A programme of matches has drawn' up for the present season, commencing with a handicap singles for the -senior and junior divisions, the first round., to be completed before t Saturday, January 24.
