ALL NIGHT SITTING. MELBOURNE, Sept. ,12.
The House of Representatives had a twenty-five hours’ continuous sitting discussing the estimates, chiefly, devoted to the vote for new cruiser’s. A motion in favour of a rqductiqn ip ,the vote, was eventually defeated.. .. Mr. Hughes voted with Labour against the Government. The naval estimates were passed.
