SYDNEY, Sept. 10. The State Cabinet considered the departmental estimates, as the result of which the taxation of income derived from personal exertion, will be. ieduced probably by three-pence in the pound. Certain rates embodied in the Stamp Duties Act will also be reduced. It is understood that the reduction docs not apply to company taxation.
