EMPIRE BUILDING. THE LOYAL WOMAN’S PART. Very few women have, time or opportunity to serve the Empire in a spectacular way. Yet even the greatest stay-at-home can. do her part for the nation’s welfare. Just recently Mr Massey called our attention to the vital necessity of giving preference to goods made within the Empire. He went so far as to say that oui* very life, as an Empire depends upon Empire Preference.
