SAN FRANCISCO, May 5. Advices from Fala pass, Alaska,, state that Major Frederick Martin the missing United, States Globe Flight Commander was seen one hundred miles hvest of Chignik, seven hours after taking the air from Chignik on- Wednesday. A search is being vigorously pressed. LONDON-PARIS SERVICE. LONDON, May 6. The Imperial Company at Croydon is acquiring huge night flying aerial sleeping cars, lor the purpose of establishing an after-theatre service between London and Paris. This will enable parties to leave London late in the afternoon, dine, and attend a theatre in Paris and return to London the same night. It will also enable Parisiens to do the same in respect to London theatres. AngloFrench business-men will be able to reiturn the same night after commercial dinners The Company realises that onlv by night flying and carriage of midnight mails can the air way be made to pay.
