WOMAN KILLED
SEASIDE FLAT MURDER. [Australian and N.Z. Cable Association) LONDON, December 7. Mrs. Marjorie Karley, wife of an ex-Major of the Machine Gunners, was found dead in a flat at Hove. Deceased had been shot and then stabbed. A note was found on the body, alleged to have been written by her husband, as follows:—“This is not done from jealousy or cowardice, but from love. Look for me on the seashore!” The husband or his body cannot be traced. No motive ' can be suggested.
