A remarkable case is one o an elderly woman who was deaf and can now hcai. Rev Mr Faucourt was well acquainted with her. Two cases are reported o recovery from infantile paralysis and th-it of a woman who had lost tne use of her hand. A miraculous case is that of a. young man from Island Bay. The patient suffered from valvular disease of the heart from birth, and developed curvature of the spine. He did not think he would survive the journey to the mission. He came away showing a wonderful improvement being now able to walk. His mother says she hopes a cure has been affected.
