Mr W. A. Stapleton, delegate to the conference, submitted a report on the conference, and it was resolved that his report be. accepted as satisfactory and that he be thanked for ins efforts on the club's behalf . The election of officials resulted: — Ground Committee: Messrs McGillicuddy; J. Fielding, and A. T. Brooks. Stewards : Messrs Barnett, i ielding, Boden, F. McCaiirey, Dellaca, Galbraith, McGillicuddy, G. G. Lockington. and D. A. McVicar. Handicapper; 11. Brinkman. Clerk of Scales : F. McCaffrey. Starter : F. Roche (Westport). Timekeepers : Messrs Carroll, Hawken, and Galbraith. Judicial Committee: Messrs lagan, Galbraith, McGillicuddy, Lockington, Crumpton. Clerk of Course: Mr T. Lamberton. Programme Committee: President, VicePresident, Messrs Fielding, Lockington, Galbraith, McGillicuddy. Auditor ; Mr T. H. Lee. It was decided that the Committee meet on the track at 11 a.m. on July 22, and a working committee consisting of Messrs McCaffrey, Fielding, Boden, Lamberton, Brooks, Dellaca, and McGillicuddy was appointed to do some necessary work on the track.
