The most popular model that Studebakers have ever produced is the “Economy Light Six,” which on its first introduction about two years ago commanded large sales in New Zealand at the price of £675. To-day the 1923 Touring Model of this beauti-fully-designed, luxuriously-equipped car, carrying a host of refinements and improvements upon the earlier models, is sold at £420. The Studebaker “Special Six,” a very powerful car and a splendid hilltlimber, is the selection of many hundreds of experienced motorists. Two years ago the touring model sold on its merits at £775. To-day the price for the greatly improved 1923 model is £525. The magnificent Studebaker “Big Six,” the masterpiece of Studebaker production, is a car which combines nigh power, splendid appearance and luxurious equipment and durability. It ranks with the world’s very finest cars, and is m demand on the one hand amongst those motorists who are content with nothing but the best, irrespective of cost, and on the other hand by those who conduct public services, particularly on rough routes, because its price is moderate and it can be depended upon to stand up to real hard service. When first introduced, the “Big Six” sold readily at £895. To-day with every modern improvement of worth, and with much more luxurious equipment, the touring model sells at £650.
