The management of the Opera House has secured for to-night only “The Truth About Husbands,’’ a screen version of Arthur \Vlng Pinero's brilliant society drama wniu held the boards for several seasons and lias passed through many revivals because it is so popular' in theme and so full of drama. It it head and shoulders above the ordinary screen drama. It fairly snaps and sparkles with clever and tense situations, it is superbly mounted and splendidly enacted by a well-balanced cast heaaed by Anna Lehr. “The Truth About Husbands’’ tells of the 'life of men before marriage and paints this life with swi.i bold strokes, baring the truth in a way that holds the spectator fascinated to the conclusion. ■■The iruth About Husbands” will be shown at the Opera House to-night only. “Tne Truth About Husbands ’ is a First National Special, starring May McAvoy. To-night’s programme also includes a Larry Semon comedy in two reels “The Fall Guy.” Friday’s and Saturday’s attraction is Cecil B. Bo Mille’s wonderful creation in nine reels "The Affairs of Anatol” with the bi ?gest cast of stars ever seen in any one mighty feature. “AFFAIRS OF ANATOL.” Cecil B. De Mille’s wonderful creation "The Affairs of Anatol,” produced in nine reels of magnificent splendour, will bo the enormous attraction at the Opera- House on Friday and Saturday next. De Mille’s name is guarantee enough for anything, but this is one of his masterpieces. It has for four weeks overciewded the Sydney Globe Theatre, and broke box oilice records wherever shown. The plot is one thoroughly up to date, and when one reads the list of the wonderful cast, one realises the picture must be some good to include such a wealth of stars as Wallace Reid, Elliott Dexter, Monte Blue, Theodore Dexter, Theodore Kos 1011, Raymond Hatton, Gloria Swanson, Bebo Daniels, Wanda Hawley, Agnes Ayres, Polly Aloran, Julia Faye.
