THE SUN. The sun sets to-day at 4.30 p.m. ; rises to-morrow at 7.35 a.m. WEATHER REPORT. Taken at Greymouth at 9 a.m. today—Wind, easterly ; barometer 29.55 ; thermometer, 40 ; tides, good ; bar, moderate swell. WEATHER FORECAST. The following is the weather, forecast of’the Government Meteorologist for ■ period of 24 hours, from 9 a.na to-day “The indications are for variable and strong breezes, but westerly, moderatj to strong prevailing and freshening soon.' The weather is likely to be cloudy and unsettled. Heavy ram is to be expected, with rivers rising shortly. The barometer has a falling tendency. Sea rough and tides good.”
