STREET PROCESSIONS. MELBOURNE, June 27. The A z ictorian State Full Court, by majority decision, has declared illegal the Melbourne City Council’s bylaw for the regulation of street processions. The application to the Court was made by Father Barry, when the City Council tried to prosecute him and others for taking part in last St. Patrick’s Day procession in Melbourne, which was held despite the Council’s prohibition.
