APPEAL FOR LENIENCY.

A meeting of representatives of the Second and Third Internationals, held here passed a resolution requesting Moscow not to execute the Social Revolutionaries. The American Federation of Labour Convention at Cincinnati decisively rejected a resolution demanding that the United States recognise the Russian Soviet. It adopted a resolution condemning the Bolsheviki and endorsing the United States Government’s policy.
