DIVORCE QUITE LEGAL (Australian and N.Z. Ca'nie Association.) NEW YORK, June 1. The Nevada Supreme Court has sustained the legality of the Mary .Pick-ford-Moore divorce. It is stated to be unlikely that any appeal will be made to the United States Supreme Court. The decision has ended two years of litigation. The Court held that the State had no right to attack the di voice, and the court in which the diattack was made had no jurisdiction.
