SHOOTINGS IN TEXAS. Australian and N.Z, Cable Association.) NEW YORK, June 3. Deputy sheriffs in Hexas killed two negroes who were resisting arrest. The sheriffs were making the arrest of a third negro in connection with the murder of a white girl. Four others negroes implicated have already been lynched. Feeling is running high, and whites and blacks are arming, state troopers have been called out to introl the district.
