A casual passer-by might have beer led to believe that the Watersiders’ Hall was on fire this morning, st voluminous was the amount of steani issuing from it. It turned out to b< quite different. The steam was from a plentiful supply of hot water, and through the haze the well-proportioned form of the secretary could be distinguished manipulating a great straw broom.
