"VOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution was passed at a Special Meeting of the Cobden Town Board, held on Wednesday, the Ist day of March, 1922: — The Cobden Town Board hereby make (by wav of Special Order) the following By-law under and by virtue of “The 'Town Boards Act, 1908,” and its amendments, and all other acts and powers whatsoever enabling it in that behalf for the purpose of providing for the good law and government of the Town District, of Cobden, such By-law to come, into force on the Ist dav of April, 1922. The. above resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Board, to be held on ’THURSDAY’, the 30th day of March, 1922, at 8 p.m., at the office of the 'Board, Fox Street, Cobden. The object and purport of Hie above By-law is stated below, and a full copy of -the By-law is deposited at the said office, Fox Street, Cobden, and will lie open for the inspection of the public, during office hours for at least SEVEN DAYS immediately preceding the said 30th day of Olarch, 1922. r ‘ AV. In respect of buildings to prescribe the terms and conditions, etc., on which buildings may be erected, repaired, altered, added to, removed, received or dealt with, the material to be used in such erection, repair, altera.tion, renewal or addition, tlie submission and deposit of plan obtaining building or other pennit, and the fees to be paid therefor. To regulate the use of motor cars, etc. To regulate the us?e of bicycles and similar machines within the District. To provide in respect of the regulation of traction erigines and motoi lorries.
