NEW SYDNEY STRUCTURE.

SYDNEY, March 13Premier Dooley to-day laid the foundation stone of the new State Savings Bank, which will bo the largest banking premises in the Southern hemisphere. Tho new building runs through from Castlereagh Street (where it has a, frontage of 235 feet) to Elizabeth Street, with, a frontage there of 216 feet. Tho height of the building is to be 160 feet, and the structure will take three years to ocniplete.
