Lenin, addressing tho metal workers, said that he hoped to attend tho Genoa Conference personally, and to bargain with the capitalistic governments. He would tell Mr. Lloyd George that the Soviet was not afraid. He agreed with Trotsky that the Soviet Army meanwhile must keep its powder dry, because potent Allied influences were aiming at a now antiSoviet conflict.
