Taken at Greymouth at 9 a-m. today—Wind, north-easterly; barometer 30.03 ; thermometer, 57 ; tides, moderate ; b..r, moderate swell. Rainfall 20 pts. WEATHER FORECAST. The following is the weather forecast of the Government Meteorologist for a period of 24 hours, from 9 a.m to-day “The indications are for westerly winds, moderate to strong, and squally at times. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled. Ram probable. Barometer unsteady. Tides good and sea considerable.”
