OPERA HOUSE. To-night in the Opera House, Pollard's willNpresent Jerome .*". Jerome's great classic "The Passing of the Third Floor Back" with the greatest -of English living actors, Sir J. Forbes Robertson'.as 'The Stranger," the character he created, and loved. To say that "The Passing of the Third Floor Back" is a picture with an influence for good is but a faint praise. Sir Johnston ForbesKobqrtsou,. the greatest living actor, with a cast that is notable for types and portrayel, in the character that is most readily associated with his great and honoured name, can only have such an influence. His performance is rich in imagination and intelligent understanding of the strange character of "The Stranger", who passed like a nay of light throusrh the lives of people typical to to-day. Undoubtedly it is a film triumph. The theme of the play has been the basis of sermons all over the world. The greatest orator cannot visualise the story as the picture does. The screening of the last episode of "The Man of Might" concludes this fine serial. Pollard's orchestra under Mr. H.-. Hawkins will play the selections and prices will be as usual. TOWN H\LL. .
