THE SUN. The sun sets to-day at 5.50 p.m. ; rises 10-movvow at 6.21 a.m. THE MOON. The mcon sets to-day at 3.32 ; rises to-morrow at 4.46 p.m. LOCAL REPORT. The maximum temperature recorded yesterday was 74 degrees, and the minimum 39 degrees. The barometer registered 30.20, and the thermometer 57 degrees. For the past month the rainfall was 7.67 inches, compared with 8.53 inches for the corresponding month of last year. WEATHER REPORT. Greymonth.—Wind, east, light; barometer 30.20 ; thermoeter, 57 degrees ; tides, moderate ; bar, moderate. WEATHER FORECAST. Tho indications arc for land 'and sea breezes but westerly moderate to strong prevailing. The. weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled at times. Barometer unsteady sea moderate swell and t'des moderate.
