It is conceded the Lee Kiddies have no equals as juvenile film comediennes. The Lee Kids in "Doing Their Best." unleash more fun and cause more trouble than seems possible. Charles Kay appears on Sunday in "Tho Sheriff's Son." Charles Ray'takes the role of Royal Beandry, whoso father, a. brave sheriff, is killed by the Rutherford band of cattle rustlers soon after Royal's birth. Ho is born with a taint of fear in his blood. He is sent to school in the east to be educated, and twenty years later is practising law. One day lie receives word that the rustlers who killed his father have abducted or slain David Dingwell, the man who cared for Royal dining his boyhood days. He is appealed to to go to New Mexico and assist in the rustler's dispersion. Tho most human character Charles Ray has ever created.
