TRIBESMEN SUBMITTING. BRITISH DETERMINED. FURTHER PREVARICATION. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) BOMBAY, Feb. 27. Yesterday messengers arrived at our camp at Tatdatkmla announcing the complete surrender of the tribal and Government rebels during he day. Subsequently three hundred tribesmen arrived and delivered strange assortments of firearms representing tribal rifles and several Lewis guns. The tribesmen were informed that the delivery was inadequate and did not fulfil the conditions imposed, consequently in settlement; was possible. The tribesmen _ departed. To-day a deputation representative of the ‘whole Mahsud tribe airrived! and pleaded for a week to collect the Government rifles. They were given two days to completely surrender.
