WAR RISK* BONUS. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON This Day. Recently, in response to the request, of the Merchant Service Guild for a war risk bonus of £3 per month, the Shipowners’ Federation offered to pay £3. This morning the Guild discussed the position, and decided again to ask the Federation for £3 per month.
