The Alexander arrived early this afternoon from Wellington, via way ports She loads coal for Picton.

The Regulus loads at Picton to-day for Greymouth, via. way ports. The Kamo is expected from Auckland with general cargo. She loads coal and general cargo for Wellington. The Kowhai is due from Napier and Wellington on Monday rvith general cargo. She loads coal for Miramar.

The Karu is due from New Plymouth on Monday to load timber for Miramar. The Kamona arrived from Wellington this morning, and returns to-night, coal laden.

T'ne s.s. Kowhai, which left Napier for Greymouth on Friday last with a shipment of lime, consigned to J. K. Jeffries and Co., had to put into Wellington yesterday morning for hunker coal, consequently she will not arrive in psrt till Monday.
