On Wednesday a criminal case (a charge of the theft of opossum skinsi against T. Coll), will be' tried at Hokitika by Justice Sim, who on Thursday will take the criminal oases set down to be dealt with at Greymouth. The following cases will be dealt with: CRIMINAL: For Sentence—William Cundy, indecent assault on male. For Trial.—Thomas Watson, assault causing actual bodily harm. John Boyle, assault causing actual bodily harm. CIVIL. Williams! v. Waller and England, damages. McLean v. McLean and Smith, accounts ,eto. Joseph v, Tlie King, infringement of patent rights. BANCO. Nvherg v. Mollroy, appeal from Warden’s decision.
