NEW VESSELS COMPLETED. AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT. AOSTAALIA* AND «'l. CABLB AMOOIAXIO*. Received at 9 a.m. LONDON, April 10. Hon. T. ,T. MacNamara stated tliat the new merchant gross tonnage completed in the United Kingdom in March was 16,674. The total new tonnage of Britain and liev Allies and neutrals to the unci of 1917 was 8,806,275.
