WELLINGTON. This Day— In Skipper v. Gumming-, an appeal against a, conviction for seditious utterance, the Court dismissed the appeal, with ten guineas costs and disbursements. CEIL! > ELECTROCUTED. HAWEPA. This Day—George Edward Piekard, the seven-year-old son of Frederick Rickard, of Okaiawa, was apparently electrocuted on Saturday afternoon. It appears that he climbed, an electric light nolo and came in contact with live wires.
