THE SUN. The sun spts to-day at 4.44 p.in ; rises to-morrow at 7.8 a.m. THE MOON. The moon lisps to-day at 10.49 p.m ; sets tii-niorrov.' at 0.59 p.m. LOCAL REPORT. The maximum temperature recorded yesterday as 76 degrees and the miniiniuii 42 degrees. At nine o'clock this morning t lie barometer registered 29.59 inches, and the thermometer 56 degrees. The rainfall last month was 8.14 in, on ten days as compared with 8.68 in. on fifteen days in March, 1916.

Expect dull wether with much mist and fog in parts. Rain probable and snow on high country. Barometer unsteady with a falling tendency. Tides moderate and sea considerable off shore.
