EMBARGO ON GOODS TRAFFIC

WELLINGTON, This Day.
The Railway Department intends on Monday to remove the embargo on "oods traffic, provided that no further difficulty occurs in respect to coal supplies in'the meantime. As the necessity for preserving coal stocks, still exists, the restricted train sorvice wdl remain in operation.
