PHASES OF THE MOON-MARCH.
THE SUN. The sun sets at 6.44. p.m. to-day ami rises at 5.43 a.m. to-morrow. ' THE MOON. The moon sets at 10.54 p.m. to-day and rises at 2.51 a.m. to-morrow. LOCAL REPORT. The maximum temperature recorded yesterday was 73 degrees and the minimum 57* degrees. At 9 o'clock this morning the barometer registered 30.29 inches, and- the' thermometer 58 degrees. The rainfall last month was lLo6in. on: eleven days, as compared with 3.34iu. on nine days in February, 1916.
