ARAHURA STOCK SALE. • At the above yards yesterday there was a fill) yarding of 108 head of cattle and 163. sheep and lambs'. Competition was dull) and the sale dragged considerably, beef showing a decided drop on previous .ales. Several lines Were passed in consequence. Sheep sold well.. Messrs G. W. Moss and Co. sold: For Mr James Davidson,.2l bullocks from £9 7s 6d to £l2 7s Cd, 9 cows and heifers from £5 15s to £11.55, 1 steer at £7 2s sd, 2 vealerq at £4 ss. Diediich, 4 heifers .at £9; for Messrs Mcßride, 13 bullocks from £ll 5s to £l4 2s 6d, 4 heifers at £8 7s 6d, 2 cpws at £4 10 S and £7 16s; for Mr ?. Kirwan, he’ter and calf at £5 2s; for Mrs Moynihan, 30 fat ewes at 30s, 15 fat ewes at 265; for Mr J. Diedrich, 16 wethers at 255, 4 ewes at 225, and 49 lambs at 21s
