The Union of Overseas Interests is- petitioning the Reichstag for preliminary partial compensation arising from the loss of the colonies, pointing out that there is a valuable trade in cocoa palm products, which will vbe ohlv obtainable in the Bri'ish Empire heroafter if the colonies are not returned.'
