TOWN HALL, TO-NIGHT
To-night will bo the last night of the present bill of cinema successes at the Town Hall.
WEDNESDAY: 'BARNABY BUDGE'
An extra special attraction will be provided for Wednesday by the screening of the adaptation of Charles Dickens's remarkable composition, "Barnaby Budge." Dickens is recognised as the greatest character portrayer the literary world has ever known, consequently .the story of Barnaby Budge, the half-witted youth who became an easy prey to those bigots whose battle-cry was "No Popery !" The production is 6000 ft in length, and will be supported by a special range of pictures, which will include a most interesting film describing the course of training pursued by tne non-commissioned officer of England's latest army at Aldershot. '"Mud and Matrimony" is a mirth provoker which will dispel all feeling of sadness created by the story of poor, simple Barnaby Budge.
