William Cairns, nf Otira. —Order made, judgment debtor to pay amount of debt, viz., £2B 4?, within one week, in default one month’s imprisonment in Greymouth prison. INSOBRIETY. A first offender, who pleaded guilty to a charge of being drunk in Mawhora Quay on Saturday last, and who had since been, in custody, was convicted and discharged. A first offender, for a similar offence in Herbert Street on Saturday last, was convicted and fined ss.
