LONDON, April 20. Mr Asquith, speaking in the House of Commons in reply to Colonel Chaloner, said that there were no grounds for a judicial enquiry into the alleged }jk)t. against Ulster. Mr Bonar Law stated that, in view of Saturday's circumstances and statement, he would repeat the question on 'Tuesday. The Premier crclined to be drawn by numerous questioners on the nature of the reports forwarded by the Irish military commanders. Sir Edward Carson, speaking at Belfast, said that if a. judicial inquiry were instituted, he was prepared to substantiate the indictments made in Saturday's statement.
