TOWN HALL—XMAS EYE.

The children of Grfeymouth are in for a. rare treat on Saturday afternoon (Xmas Eve) when the Coronation Festival will be formally opened at 3 p.m. The stall-holders arc making great preparations to give the children a good time, and the doll stall and bran tubs should-do a thriving business.

The stall-holders are'also making a special display of Xmas goods for Saturday evening, and as the stalls will be loaded with both useful and ornamental articles, everyone who visits the Town Hall on Saturday evening will be amply repaid. ! i "' As the spectacular display and sketches will not be staged until Tuesday evening, the committee have decided to make no charge for admission on Saturday afternoon or evening.
