KUBELIK'S MISTAKE.
PLAYED 'MARSEILLAISE" IN RUSSIA. ST. PETERSBURG, December 3. Kubelik, the celebrated violinist, has been placed under a. ban by the Russian authorities. He had arranged to give concerts in Odessa,, Kieff, and other cities, but the performances have been forbidden on the ground that the last time the famous musician appeared in Russia he played the "Marseillaise."
