POLLARD'S PICTURES.

, A very fine programme of well photographed and well displayed photoplays and moving pictures was presented last evening at the Opera House to a very large audience. The pictures were particularly clear and a magnificent light helped to make the display a notable one fully up to Mr Pollard’s high standard. A complete change of programme will be made- to-night. COUNTRY TOUR. Pollards Pictures will give their usual weekly display in the Miners’ Hall, Runanga to-night. A specially selected sporting programme is the bill of fare for to-night, including the Melbourne Cup and Victorian Derby. A very fine sensational picture taken in the African forest introducing Captain Kate and real wild animals, lions, tigers, elephants, etc., will be exhibited. Do not miss this wonderful programme.
