MAKE YOURSELF 3ERM-PROOF. What can man do to make himself germ-proof? A great deal, says William Lee Howard, M.D., in Munsey’s Magazine. The human body is nothing but a machine, and if bye products are constantly eliminated, and the proper fuel used, it can work well for nearly a century. But what constitutes proper fuel? “A varied diet, together with abundant water, which latter must b« poured down the alimentary track by the pint in the morning before eating” is the reply. This keeps the alimentary track clean, and few disease germs can lire in a healthy intestinal track. It is necessary, as Dr Howard insists, that the water need should be quite pure. For this reason the best morning drink is Wai-Rongo* Natural Mineral Water. Its source is under ’ths Manngatoka Mountain, from which it emerges bubbling, sparkling, and absolutely pure. Besides being cool, clear, refreshing. Wai-Rongoa contains mineral properties which enable it better than ordinary water to clear the system effectively, to combat germs, and to stimulate the liver, kidneys, and stomach into more active action. Drink a glassful every morning and you’ll keep yourself germproof,—Advt.
