EMPIRE FESTIVAL SPORTS. LONDON, April, 22.—At a meeting of the Sports Committee of the Festival of Empire ,under the presidency ot Lord Desborough ,arrangements were made for the holding of various sports. It was arranged to hokl the athletics on June 24th, the events including the iVr-ds quarter mile and mile foot races i* \....~* ■« events The boxing and and for June 29th. The vdJPidus governing Associa--tiens in the United Kingdom will control the different sports.-
