The attention of butchers, farmers, graziers and property buyers is drawn- to Messrs G. W. Moss and Co's advertisements.
Oil Monday, February 27th, at 12.30 p.m., at Preston Yards, the usual stock sale will take place, and 40 prime bullocks and 300 fat sheep and lambs will be offered.
On Wednesday, Ist March, at 2.30 p.m at Mrs Mcßride's residence, Threadneedle Street, two leasehold sections with sixroomed cottage thereon will be placed under the hammer, also the whole of her household furniture and effects.
At Totara Flat on Thursday, 2nd March, a large stock sale will be held, commencing at 11 a.m., Mid 420 head of store cattle and 1800 store sheep and 100 well-bred Romney breeding ewes will be offered.
The sale of two splendid properties will take place on Saturday, 4th March, at 11.30 a.m., the Blackball Coal Company's freehold properties at Ngahere, and the late Mrs Stevens' dwelling ana freehold section, Franklin Street, The' latter property is very handy to town and must be sold* to close estate. The Ngahere freeholds are handy to the now railway station and school; an ideal home with orchard,"garden, and paddocks; the whole of the property is in first-class repairFull information can be obtained from the auctioneers.
