Sir Joseph states this matter lias received careful consideration. “It is found that the revenue is far below the cost of the present-mail service. To give the extra weekly service, desired would mean considerable additional loss. ..Under the circumstances I regret I cannot see my way to authorise the increased, rervice at present.”
