The Daily News records the stran«o story of Yermakoff Kvartalnoff, of being the leader of a gang of 27 revol.itionists. Kvartalnoff retaliated by accusing Yermakoff. The police thereupon arrested twenty-seven suspects f.t. random and placed revolutionary plv card* at Watson's house and tortured Yerankofl and otherwise manufactured vridtncc.
